A runtime error sometimes occurs when the -verbose_gc flag is passed to mlkit-generated executables. Also, the percentages reported (GC / RI) are sometimes mysterious.

It turns out that some of the runtime tags generated and some of the constants used for measuring allocation amounts are wrong...
