chore: Replace CF Pages integration with refined-cf-pages-action

TODO:

• Get your Cloudflare account id
• Create a Cloudflare API token
• Add both to the repo secrets
• Make the Preview environment protected:
  • On the Melt repo, go to Settings
  • On the left side, select Environments, then Preview (if Preview is not present, select New environment and create it)
  • Check the Required reviews checkbox, and add yourself and hunter to the reviewers (later on, we can create a Team where anyone on that team can approve preview deployments)
  • Click on Save protection rules
• Disable the Cloudflare GH app integration for Melt so that it no longer builds (the action will handle that now)

And with that, you're all set!
