This gem makes uchardet available in Ruby via FFI.
uchardet-ffi doesn't bundle uchardet. You need to install it for your OS first, e.g. brew install uchardet if you're on Mac OS X and use homebrew or on Linux with apt-get install uchardet (Debian >= wheezy or Ubuntu >= precise)
