need to add genesis: existing bsq supply should be [ amount issued/minted - burned amount + genesis amount ]

burnt amount needs decimal shifted left by 2 (should be ~1.29m)

minted/issued amount is far off...should be ~1.88m

in this way, total bsq supply should be ~4.2m
