EMS Drugs / Medication Application is a JavaScript application that uses all the drugs / medications from the NMETC (National Medical Education & Training Center Inc) Paramedic program which i am currently attending. In the application, the user can view a brief description of why the application was created and why i believe it is important as well as a list of all the drugs which are able to be searched for in a search bar. In the list of drugs each drugs is clickable, when a drug is clicked it will bring up all the information for that drug including the name, class, mechanism of action, indications, contraindications, adverse reactions, drug interactions, adult dosage, pediatric dosage, duration of action, and special considerations.
To install, fork and clone this repository. Once you've cloned this repository in your terminal, cd into the correct folder.
To get started, type json-server --watch db.json in the terminal to start up the server, then type open index.html (for macOS) or explorer.exe (for Windows OS). The web application will load to a description of the application and why it was created, and a list of the medications with a search bar where you can click on the drug to see all its info as it pertains to NREMT Paramedic
