pip install can't find cobra==0.5.11

Installation of MMinte using pip as described fails due to not being able to find cobra=0.5.11. Not trying to install in qime box.

There were some issues with the builds of the 0.5.11 release of cobra on various platforms. MMinte version 1.0.2 is now available that removes the dependency on cobra 0.5.11. MMinte now supports both cobra 0.5.11 and cobra 0.6.X.

Try installing MMinte 1.0.2 and if still have trouble post back here with details on the type of system you are using and the Python version.
