Installing currently causes pytest and pytest-rerunfailures to be unnecessarily installed which is a pain for environments or people that don't use pytest for tests. Fix that.

@adamchainz thanks for that. Agreed that such libraries are completely avoidable for final users. I will take some time this week (probably today) to release a new version for you.
