1.download the full train and test csv documents from https://www.kaggle.com/c/digit-recognizer/data

2.store the train.csv and test.csv in the separate package named mnist_dataset

3.submit the submission.csv to https://www.kaggle.com/c/digit-recognizer/submit

4.you will get the final score

5.if you do not operate like it, you will not get the final score.

6.Having a good luck :)

直接从mnist_data_recognizer.ipnyb 转换为mnist_data_recognizer.py的，是为了防止mnist_data_recognizer.ipnyb打不开的
可能会有未知的一些小error，因为我一直用mnist_data_recognizer.ipnyb运行的，没有用mnist_data_recognizer.py运行过
