release.yaml is getting executed on tag pushes. Looking at the documentation this tool also creates a tag and pushes it. https://github.com/marketplace/actions/publish-to-npm
It would be better if we then just remove release.yaml and add releasing step to https://github.com/mentos1386/nest-raven/blob/master/.github/workflows/master.yaml.
