From a user report -- "[10:41:29 AM] Bryant Young: Also following the steps above - played 1st song, skipped to second, got about 10% through then locked on buffering, hit next song, started playing and it was the first song again playing despite the title/duration being that of the 3rd song

I fixed some other playlist bugs, but I wasn't able to reproduce this one specifically. seems to work okay now though
