I am trying to use rtl_433 in Windows 10 to receive the signals transmitted by my Apollo ultrasonic oil level detector. I'm getting this:
rtl_433 version 23.11 branch at 202311281352 inputs file rtl_tcp RTL-SDR
Reading conf from "C:\Progra~1\rtl_433-win-x64-23.11\rtl_433.conf".
Use "-F log" if you want any messages, warnings, and errors in the console.

Please fix the device permissions, e.g. by installing the udev rules file rtl-sdr.rules
I have " installed" rtl-sdr.rules. I just downloaded the file and copied it into the directory where rtl_433.exe is. Does it need more installation than this? How? I have run Zadig, apparently successfully. I have checked using Task Manager that a second copy of rtl_433 is not running. How do I get this to run successfully?
Thank you - Rowan
