Epic: License scanning with SecHub

Situation

We have often the situation that people want to

• get the license information for their code scans by SecHub
• upload license information file/SCA dependency tree and get information about dependency vulnerabilities

Wanted

To handle this, there must be some features implemented which will be collected inside this "epic" issue, so we have an overview

Solution

List of feature issues - we just mention this issue (#1152) inside the "sub issues" so we got a overview list of the related issues here
