When p = 1, subsetting X for columns when nvec > 0, results in an error. (drop in dimension so that it is a vector, without using drop = FALSE in llike.R in function getdesign

Current tests pass using a simulated data where $Y \sim N(0, 1)$ unrelated to $X$; so closing the issue for now. There is still a potential issue if sum(nvec) = 0.
