2.2.22.404d0dd Alpha

Description

Updates to button click accuracy introduced in Meshtastic firmware v2.2.22.404d0dd Alpha cause problems with rotary encoder connected to a Heltec v3. Each turn of the rotary encoder does not always rotate to the next canned message in the list; sometimes the next message is shown, sometimes nothing, or sometimes it jumps among canned messages. The issue disappears when device is reverted to firmware v2.2.21, and the rotary encoder rotates through canned messages smoothly.

Observed and reproduced on Heltec v3.
