- Authentication is implemented but requires a system test. Therefore authentication support will be added to the MiniMesos 0.2.x branch and released as 0.2.11
- ZK performance will be further investigated by integrating with zktraffic
- Jar support will be pushed to 0.5.1 because this requires a few changes to MiniMesos such as custom agent images with Java 8
- The search system test currently fails probably due to a networking issue and will be investigated.
- Martin has been shrinking Docker images https://github.com/mesos/elasticsearch/issues/165 and has managed to shave off around 200 MB by e.g. removing Java source code. Is going to spend today seeing if we can shrink it any further, and also whether we can share more FS layers between our scheduler and executor images.
- Phil is busy at conference.
- James has got stuck trying to copy files to the scheduler and Mesos master containers in system tests for auth. Frank will help with this today.
- Martin and James to review https://github.com/mesos/elasticsearch/issues/327 together and merge.
- Frank is working on https://github.com/ContainerSolutions/mini-mesos/issues/21 (motivated by https://github.com/mesos/elasticsearch/issues/233)
- James is working on testing auth. https://github.com/mesos/elasticsearch/issues/304
- Released 0.4.3.
- Next planned release is 0.5.
