Remove the "[SWGIO]" prefix from all emails

It is not useful and takes the valuable space of email titles, e.g. if a user has received a notification from us, they may not be able to read the title fully without opening the email. It plays no role in sorting, and there's no sites I know about that do this. It was solely @michaelplzno's idea I had to add because he's the boss, but to think of it twice there's no sense in it.

That's fine with me Edit: you can also put [SWGIO] at the end of the subject instead of the front.

Also when twitter emails you it says (via X) at the end of the subject line.
