Active Filters Applied Indicator/icon on Dashboard items

It is confusing to non-technical end-users which filters are being applied to which items on a Dashboard

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have a little Filter Icon appear on each item on a Dashboard that currently has a filter applied. It was also be great if on hover over to would list the name(s) of the filter(s) being applied.

How important is this feature to you?
On a scale of 1-10 its a 7. User are assuming that every dashboard item is being filtered when selected and business decisions are being made on what could be incorrect data
