The logic for displaying the "Metabase tips" link for the installer should be:

  • Always display it below x-rays in the states when we’re showing x-rays on the homepage
  • Display it below recents for installers until 14 days after their first login

I’ve updated the Figma mocks in the main file. cc @ranquild since he worked a lot on this feature.

(Tagging this with .bugbash because it came up in that context, but this is not a bug.)
