Describe the bug
Cannot print large dashboards (multi page), which is also used for generating PDFs via extensions/scripts.
Regression since 43.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a large dashboard and try to print - only a single page is available
    image

Expected behavior
While Metabase doesn't really support printing, we shouldn't break it completely.
Add @media print, so it is possible to still print.
