Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating / editing a model, and accidentally going back in the browser, or closing the tab: Your changes are gone.

This happens quite often on Mac with trackpad, scrolling horizontally in tables, like the Metadata view.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a popup saying 'You've got unsaved changes. are you sure?'

Describe alternatives you've considered
Be very careful.

How important is this feature to you?
Because the proposed solution is default behavior in most SAAS platforms, it is actually quite important.

"Go back" aspect of this is not handled in 47 (currently only warning on "close tab" / "refresh") — Follow up planned re warning before navigation.
