Trying to download a gauge chart will crash your browser tab or take 2+ min

I tried this both from the question as well as from the dashboard and on several gauges in stats.

To Reproduce

1. Go to stats.metabase.com
2. Attempt to download a png of the Open Bugs gauge

Expected behavior

It should just work

P2 since it's a gauge... but the issue is concerning

Apparently, it was caused by a browser extension installed by some people on the team. Exports work much master without the extension
