For example in a bar chart it may be needed to have a goal line for "lowest level required", and other lines for "good level" and "excellent level".

And not just goal lines. Power BI has lines such as constant, trend, average, median and percentile. And you can add more of each. This is missed sorely in Metabase.
In addition to lines, a nice feature would be a colored area between a Min and Max line for example.

would be great to have horizontal & vertical goal lines for scatterplots / bubble charts
