Inline code blocks were having some of the syntax highlighter styles applied to them, sometimes making the text smaller than intended. Also removes the slight red tint from the code block backgrounds. The default bootstrap theme makes text in
blocks red, so the red tint of the background makes sense. We're overriding the text color though, so the background should be more neutral.Addresses #1298
