We can merge this as soon as we migrated all shoots to the new extension controller.

The auditing functionality was moved to a dedicated extension [gardener-extension-audit](https://github.com/metal-stack/gardener-extension-audit). The existing fields regarding auditing in the provider spec of the metal extension are not used anymore.
