Appendix 2: https://www.bipm.org/en/publications/mises-en-pratique/

Note that appendix 2 is really a site! It contains 16 separate documents. We need to convert all of those. Perhaps we should split this task. The documents are not complex, though.

As per advice from BIPM's Physical Metrology Department, each of the Appendix 2 documents should be encoded separately so they can published separately, as well as being included in the SI brochure.
