Fix site generated collection's output path: #284

The current collection generation doesn't take the site generated
path into consideration when that's being invoked by the site generate
command. This commit fixes that, so if the it was specified with any
root directory, then it will take that into consideration to build
the output directory.

Gracefully handle keyboard interruption: 4dc913c)

Let's say, we are running the metanorma command, and for whatever
reason if we want to exit the process (CTRL-C, and others) and don't
continue with the command then it blows up with error with in the
terminal with useless backtracing information.

This commit changes that, so now if we try to exit the process then
it should gracefully handle the signal, show a simple message.
