Note:
reactivating a manual purchase order is possible, whereas reactivating a purchase order created from purchase order candidates (or purchase disposition) is not, (which is why in the video i checked the references: if there are no purchase candidates referenced, then reactivating shall be possible).
=> this is the case when the purchase order candidates were created with the Procurement WebUI tool, but not when the candidates were created from a sales order: we will test this in a future test, when the Procurement WebUI will be tested as well. So for now, pls leave out the part for checking the references in purchase order!
