Is this a bug or feature request?

What is the current behavior?

FE does not redirect to the same page after authentication even if that view exists

Which are the steps to reproduce?

Get an exisiting view URL from a SO listing. Logout. Paste the URI into the address bar. Authenticate. The app does not go to that URI

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Should. go to the exact URI (only if the view still exists/else it should create a new view)
