WebUI: Add translations for "Create lines" process in physical inventory

What is the current behavior?

• process "Create lines": de_DE trl missing
• params for "Create lines": "Menge" and "Min. Wert": en_US trl missing
  => maybe we can improce the name of those params in general, imho they are not very understandable:
  • parameter Qty is for setting maximum locators
  • parameter MinValue is for setting the minimum price

Which are the steps to reproduce?
