Partition column as timestamp role didn't recognized in StageDB(Hive) ingestion

특정 사이트에서 stagedb 적재시 hive 내 timestamp role 로 지정한 partition column 을 제대로 인식하지 못해 적재가 제대로 되지 않는 현상이 발생합니다.

• 결과 : druid.internal 에 oob-row-num 에 값 표시
  

Expected behavior
partition column 내 값을 인식하여 적재가 정상적으로 동작해야합니다.
