On Windows - Meteor RangeError: 'Maximum call stack size exceeded' after installing new node package

When I call meteor via gitbash command line inside of a meteor application directory I get this error

I've had this issue before and was able to resolve it by completely uninstalling Node and Meteor, along with any packages attached to them, then reinstalling them. I believe its caused by installing a new package because the last two times I installed packages in my meteor app I ran into this issue.

I am able to call meteor --version outside of a meteor app and it works as intended. Any help will be greatly appreciated
