openrts in package name

if OpenRTS should be a library for other game developers, the package structure must contain openrts.
for example "openrts.model" or "openrts.controller" and so on.
With eclipse the refactoring is easy, but all classes must be changes. We should wait to realise this task, at a point where the implemenation is not so extreme (or slow).
