Voriconazole-PBPK

Instructions:

1. Make script your working directory using the setwd() function.
2. Run the script/pkgSetup.R script to install required packages.
3. Run the code chunks in the script/script.R script to compile models, run simulations and other analyses and reproduce manuscript figures.
4. Run script/runSobol.R script to run the Sobol global sensitivity analysis and reproduce Figure S1. CAUTION: This script takes several hours to run.
