Welcome to the PHP Quiz project! This project allows users to create an account, take a quiz, and view their score history.
To get started, simply create an account by clicking the Sign Up button. Once you have an account, you can take the quiz by clicking the Take Quiz button. Your quiz results will be saved to your account, and you can view your score history by clicking the username in home page.
