This release integrate a new logger class that was faster, supported concurrent logging and had a shorter more readable prefix.

This release fixed a few things in 2022.07.01-f3938f9, such as fixing the Ansi console by telling the Windows API to make the current console enable Ansi.

This also fixed a part of DevOps that was causing internal archives to be corrupted when they were uploaded automatically.

This release made the internal repository move from hardcoded dependencies to Nuget packages.

Before it was using Nuget packages, but we wanted to try and use something else to see if we could add a specific feature to one of them, but we've decided to move back to Nuget packages.

This release changed the response for the grid-bot towards blacklisted users.

Instead of it asking to contact the owner it would just respond with the grid-bot support URI.
