Build 64-bit binaries (not 32-bit) by default #9

Rationale: 64-bit binaries are the future, and WinBrew should use 64-bit builds by default. Homebrew on OS X has made a similar decision to go 64-bit.

Optionally support 32-bit via command-line flags if necessary.
