The ice30lp384_dev_board project is a multi-purpose castellated board that can be used in a breadboard or as a module in other projects.
The pins on the right side of the board are geared towards programming and the pins on the left are for general use.
PCBs were ordered from OSHPark. Stencil was ordered from OSHStencil. Parts were ordered from Mouser, see BOM.
