No sorry. In LDAP Mode iF.SVNAdmin is only for permission assignment.

Not really.
Usually administrators only use the application to provide SVN with
the possibilitity to use LDAP. Editing an existing LDAP structure with
another software than the one which has been used to create and manage
the structure is very critical.
