How to set java options when debug

I'm new to java. I'm trying to figure out how to set java options when debug. For example, I start my jar file use such a command (with specifying the spring configuration file) java -Dspring.config.location=/path/to/config.yml -jar /path/to/app.jar, but I don't know how to add these to jdtls when debug. Can any one help me here?

But when I debug code, jdtls still have no vmArgs(JdtShowLogs)

Got:

But, use $root_dir/.vscode/launch.json attach to process will be better.
