When i ran the update service in mGBA, it would download the update. Upon clicking ok to restart the emulator and install the update it would promptly exit. I tried using the auto update on startup function. That resulted in the same issue occurring. Tried running mGBA as administrator, same thing happened. UAC never popped up. Eventually decided to go digging around the install and appdata locations to see if i could find any logs. I found that the AppData\Roaming\mGBA folder had a log "updater" with the only string being "unable to open update archive." cli_history read "help". I tried running the larger of the two update executable files within appdata folder and the emulator successfully updated. Said executable then deleted itself leaving the smaller one in place. mGBA seems to be running normally as well. Attached is the requested bug report zip. It may be of note that appdata is on my OS drive (C:) with mGBA installed on of my D: drive.

I'm able to reproduce this by attempting to update from 0.10.2 to 0.10.3, but for some reason 0.10.2 to 0.11-dev (development channel) works fine. Not sure what's going on there.
