Detected as Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.TE.A!ml by Windows Defender

Hi,

Thanks for the tool.

Installed it on Windows 10 using cargo install htmlq, copied the binary to a Windows Server 2019 and it was detected as Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.TE.A!ml.

$ ./htmlq --version
htmlq 0.0.1

Any ideas why it was detected like that in Win 2019 but not on Win 10? Any reason to be concerned?

I've got no idea how that happened. Sorry, I don't use Windows for anything so I don't have any insight about what might have gone on there.
