Organized the module joints and controllers into subsets, categorizing them by component name and their respective sides by default.

@joji2468ng Right now each component has the option to add it to a custom controller subset. This is used to organize the controls in categories, not components. For example all facial controls or cloth controls in the same group

I think similar approach can be useful for joint, but to be honest I am don't the advantage to have each component deformer in a separate unique set. For example in facial rigs I use many control_01 type components with only 1 joint. That will be ver impractical if each joint is under one subset.
