What does this PR do?
Improves the transcript for Episode 8 and addresses many issues as described below.

Description of changes
Changes I made include:
Additional Notes
The transcript has many instances of stutters which did not seem intelligible to add into the text. In many instances a sentence would begin and change into a different sentence. I have left or omitted parts of these sentences depending on how contextual the speech was to the changed sentence. Hope this helps!
