Human Resources Analytics: Why are our best and most experienced employees leaving prematurely?

This Project uses data from kaggle and aims to analyze and predict who have left/will leave from the (X) corp. The dataset has been analyzed to estimate why the corp's employees have left and tried to predict which valuable employees will leave next.

Fields in the dataset include:

Last evaluation, Number of projects, Average monthly hours, Time spent at the company, Whether they have had a work accident, Whether they have had a promotion in the last 5 years, Department, Salary, Whether the employee has left.

Technologies:

•Programming languages: Python 3.6

•Libraries: Sklearn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn

•Algorithms: Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine with RBF Kernel
