In FlowerCommand, static method flower_option(arg), the line:

return name in options

raises the TypeError. Replacing the line with:

return hasattr(options, name)

works fine. This is probably due to backwards-incompatible changes to Tornado's OptionsParser, but I have no experience with the recent changes to that project.
