Add static compiled option to releases #59

Currently there are dynamically linked binaries for a number of platforms.
Go allows static compilation, so that the binary can run entirely standalone, without relying on any system libraries. There are only a couple of flags required, but can’t remember them off the top of my head (I use them in my docker-gobuster repo if you wanted to find them quickly.

It would be cool if there was a staticly compiled option on the releases page.
