Useful, and sane, new document profiles.
From the command line, run:
bash <(curl -sL https://git.io/vzoZq)This will install all profiles from this repo into your ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Adobe\ Illustrator\ XX/en_US/New\ Document\ Profiles/ directory.
From Illustrator, go to File > New… and pick a template from the profile dropdown.
