There is an issue with the systemd config that is preventing the app to persist its enabled state across reboot.

There appears to be a permission issue on the PID not having write access on boot up.
I am going to change the PID location and updated the systemd config to handle the new PID location.

Resolved issue #1 and #2, and added unrar-free and p7zip to install
