[ic-search-bar] checkA11yWithWait() erroring for cypress tests

Summary of the bug

When running checkA11yWithWait() for the search bar cypress tests, the check is unable to run.

I checked other files and all was working fine, pulled in another example from accordion and tested that in the search bar test file and that also fails even though it passes in its own test file.

A11y checks have been taken out for now, but this should be investigated and they should go back in.
