When I load Minecraft without Galacticraft, RealTimeMod works as expected, but when I load it with Galacticraft, RealTimeMod doesn't work anymore and the game uses its normal day/night cycle.

I haven't heard of RealTimeMod before, is that your mod? Please provide a link to its source code if possible, and also specify which version of it you are using.

Did you report the issue to RealTimeMod?

Build 500 of Galacticraft - actually all builds since 493 - have a feature where each planet keeps its own time, so that bed use on the Overworld (or Cryogenic Chamber use on a planet) will not affect the time in other dimensions.

This is achieved, roughly speaking, by tracking time changes on the Galacticraft planets dimensions, and offsetting them so that the time didn't change unless it is an "intended" time change. An "intended" time change means a standard world tick or the use of a Cryogenic Chamber on that dimension.

Which dimension(s) are you seeing the issue in? I don't think we made any changes to how time works on the Overworld, though I guess there could be some kind of weird conflict.
